Holiday workshop: Suddenly huge

What does it feel like to suddenly be huge? What happens when you step into a different role? And when does an idea become a sculpture?
To answer these questions, participants in the two-day summer workshop embark on a journey of discovery through the exhibition of American sculptor Charles Ray. Along the way, they discover what materials his sculptures are made of, what role the size of the works plays, and what stories they tell. Afterward, they step into the role of sculptors themselves and create their own works of art through experimentation.

In a small closing presentation, the young artists showcase their finished works to everyone who is interested.

Ideal age: 8 years. Workshop fee: 10 Euro per person for both days
