Your activities will include:
The Head of Organizational Learning, Sustainability, Accessibility, Antidiscrimination supports and advises both the management and the heads of the different departments in the strategic development and implementation of diversity goals, in promoting a low-barrier and low-discrimination working environment as well as equal participation and appreciative cooperation in order to sustainably fulfill structural equal opportunities. It ensures compliance with the company's Code of Conduct.
Organizational Learning:
- You develop and implement measures to promote organizational learning and support the continuous professional development of our employees. You`re promoting an exchange of knowledge and best practices creating a corporate culture conducive to learning.
Antidiskriminierung:
- You develop and implement measures to promote a non-discriminatory working environment and raise employee awareness of diversity, equality and inclusion issues. You actively work against discrimination and promote a culture of respect and recognition.
- Development and implementation of a gender-sensitive language and development of a protection concept.
Accessibility:
- You are actively committed to ensuring that our services and premises are accessible to all people, regardless of physical or mental limitations. To this end, you develop concrete measures to improve physical and digital accessibility.
Sustainability:
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable strategies and projects. In doing so, you will keep an eye on the ecological, economic and social impacts of our work and develop innovative solutions to reduce our ecological footprint.
Your profile:
- Degree in cultural management, social sciences, sustainability, education or in a related field
- Experience in the implementation of concepts and projects on the topics of organizational learning, sustainability, accessibility and antidiscrimination
- Sound knowledge in the areas of diversity management, antidiscrimination and inclusion
- Practical experience in dealing with accessibility issues and/or sustainability projects
- Strong communication skills and experience in facilitating and training groups
- Organizational skills and strong ability to work independently
- Careful, reliable and team-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Social, communicative and intercultural skills, accuracy, creativity, resilience and perseverance

We offer an interesting and responsible job opportunity in an internationally operating team within the arts and cultural sector. You will receive an appropriate salary in line with your qualifications, based on the TVöD with 40 hours/week. The place of work is Kassel. Initially scheduled as a temporary position until 31.12.2027, the contract can be converted into a permanent employment relationship in the future.

documenta und Museum Fridericianum gGmbH is looking for a person with experience in attracting international sponsors, patrons and partners for documenta 16.
Your activities will include:
- Acquisition of an international circle of sponsors, in close coordination with the management
- Creation of a sponsoring concept
- Support of sponsoring partners for documenta 16
- Development/expansion and support of the International Friends of documenta circle of friends
- Development and management of strong relationships with important institutional and private sponsors and funding partners
- Monitoring of the relevant processes and deadlines in the run-up to the application, contract negotiations and their execution
- Drafting contracts and monitoring compliance with agreed services, in coordination with the management, legal and communications departments
- General control of all settlements
Your profile:
- Completed university degree or completed training in a relevant field and professional experience (at least three years), ideally in arts/cultural organizations, including team leadership
- Experience in working with institutional donors, understanding of their funding processes and compliance requirements
- You are internationally networked and have a strong track record in acquisition
- Very good communication skills, a confident and articulate manner and sensitivity in dealing with the specifics of the international arts and culture scene and selected stakeholders
- Strategic thinking to align the sponsorship concept with the long-term strategy and priorities of documenta gGmbH
- Very good written and spoken English skills
