Children’s vernissage: Portia Zvavahera

The Fridericianum invites children and their accompanying adults to an exclusive exhibition opening ahead of the official celebrations: Together with the art education team, the young visitors explore Portia Zvavahera’s new exhibition and discover her brightly colored and highly expressive paintings.

Afterwards, the participants have the opportunity to get creative themselves in the Studiowerkstatt. Here, they can design their own personal dream guardian dolls, experiment with different printing techniques, and translate their individual experiences into their own little works of art.

Ideal age: 6–12 years

Admission to the children’s vernissage is free and no registration is required but an adult must accompany each child.
