Temporary Infrastructure Assistant (m/f/d)
documenta und Museum Fridericianum gGmbH is a non-profit organization supported by the City of Kassel and the State of Hesse as shareholders and financially supported by the federal government. It is responsible for the documenta exhibition, which takes place every five years, the Fridericianum, the documenta archiv, the documenta Institute and the documenta Halle.
Its tasks include
Assisting with the implementation of infrastructure measures
Assisting with the rental business of the documenta Halle event location.
Support in the planning and realization of events
Event support
Your profile:
Experience in the above-mentioned area desirable
Professional experience in logistics an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and technical applications
Basic commercial understanding and organizational talent
Confident and polite manner in dealing with customers
Class B driving license
Knowledge of English is an advantage
